Terms of sale

Quotes and orders

A kit request is not an order. We respond with a written quote and a design proof. An order is formed once you approve the proof in writing. There is no minimum order quantity.

Prices

Estimates shown in the kit builder are indicative. Prices are held in CHF and converted to CAD, ZAR, SEK, NOK or DKK at an indicative rate, rounded down. Final prices depend on artwork, quantities, finishing and shipping, and are confirmed in your quote.

Artwork

You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logos, names and marks you send us. You remain responsible for the accuracy of names, numbers and sizes on the approved proof.

Production and delivery

Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from approved proof. Dates given before proof approval are estimates. Risk passes on delivery.

Cancellation

Custom items enter production after proof approval and cannot be cancelled after that point.
