What we collect
The details you enter in the kit builder or a contact form: your name, organisation, email, phone, delivery address, rider roster details and any artwork or spreadsheets you upload. We also keep a record of your request and our correspondence about it.
Why we use it
To quote for, produce and deliver your kit, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data or use uploaded artwork for anything other than your order without asking.
Storage
Requests and files are stored in our secure backend, accessible only to NOLOGO staff. Kit drafts are also saved in your own browser so you can finish later; clearing your browser data removes them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal obligations. Unsuccessful requests are deleted on request.
Your rights
